Our campsite favors welcoming families looking for peace, cleanliness, and comfort in a historic and natural setting.

The reception is open in the low season from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in the high season from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The gate closes in the evening. In case of your arrival, a code will be given to you and you can park your vehicle in the parking lot and reach your pitch or accommodation on foot.

Access:

Access is reserved for tourist and family clientele and is prohibited for utility vehicles, vans, professional vehicles and freight transport vehicles, except with prior agreement.

Double-axle caravans are prohibited within the campsite. 

The campsite is off-limits to outside visitors except for the restaurant and bar.

Le Petit Trianon campsite reserves the right to refuse access to families arriving with a number of participants exceeding the contract or the capacity of the rented accommodation (including babies and children). In this case, no compensation will be due. Minors may under no circumstances be allowed to stay on the campsite UNACCOMPANIED by their parents or responsible adults. Renting accommodation or a pitch constitutes your full adherence to the general reservation conditions and your unconditional acceptance of all provisions.

Vehicle traffic and parking: 

Inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a limited speed. Traffic is allowed from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. and forbidden after 10:00 PM.Only vehicles belonging to campers staying there may circulate in the campsite. Parking is strictly prohibited on spaces usually occupied by accommodations unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking must not obstruct traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals.

Noise and silence: 

Camping users are asked to avoid any noise that could disturb their neighbors. Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly, and do not leave your car engine running for too long. Do not slam the doors. All noise is prohibited after 10:00 PM. Parents are responsible for the noise caused by their children. It is forbidden to move around the campsite between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Dogs:

Dogs are allowed if kept on a leash. They must not be left alone at the site or in the rental property in the absence of their owner. Hygienic walks must take place outside the campsite. They are not allowed in the sanitary blocks or at the swimming pool.

Games: 

Parents must ensure that children do not play in the restrooms. No violent games can be organized in the campsite. Playgrounds are available to campers and are the responsibility of the parents. The management declines all responsibility in case of an accident.

Swimming pool:

It is free, heated, and reserved for campers. Mandatory passage through the foot bath. Balls, air mattresses, shoes, bottles, and all glass objects are prohibited. Parents must supervise children at the pool. The management declines all responsibility in case of an accident. For hygiene reasons, swim shorts, long briefs, bermudas, etc., are prohibited. Only swim briefs are allowed. Unsupervised pool, no lifeguard present. For hygiene, safety, and proper functioning of the aquatic area, only close-fitting swimwear, in accordance with usual swimming pool practices (one-piece or two-piece swimsuits for women, swim boxer or briefs for men), is allowed. Covering garments like burkinis, wetsuits, or regular clothing are not permitted.

Local trash bin:

Household waste, waste of all kinds, paper, must be deposited in the bins located past the chapel, behind the hedge on the right.

Safety:

Open fires are strictly prohibited. Only barbecues are allowed. A first aid kit is located in the office. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their own safety. Management declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc…

Theft: 

Management is responsible for items left at the office and has a general obligation to supervise the campsite. The camper remains responsible for their own setup and must report the presence of any suspicious person to the manager. Guests are encouraged to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.

Dead garage: 

No unoccupied equipment may be left on the site without management approval and only in the designated location. This service may be subject to a fee.

PITCHES

The pitches are marked out with the possibility of electrical, water, and waste connections. Pitches are available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 AM on the day of departure

LOCATIVES

The lodgings are available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the day of arrival. The lodgings are rented for the number of people indicated. The lodgings must be returned as clean as on arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Violation of the internal regulations:

In the event that a resident disrupts the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the manager or their representative may verbally or in writing, if deemed necessary, formally require the resident to cease the disturbances. In the case of a serious or repeated violation of the internal regulations, and after a formal notice from the manager to comply, the manager may terminate the contract without any refund. In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may call on law enforcement authorities.

Maintenance and appearance of the facilities:

Everyone must refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including sanitary facilities. It is forbidden to dispose of wastewater on the ground or in the gutters. Guests must empty wastewater into the facilities provided for this purpose. Washing is strictly prohibited outside the basins designated for this use. Laundry must be hung, if necessary, on the communal drying area. However, it is tolerated until 10 a.m. near the accommodations, provided that it is discreet and does not disturb neighbors. It must never be hung from trees. Plantations and flower decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to hammer nails into trees, cut branches, or make plantings. It is not allowed to delimit the location of a facility by personal means, nor to dig into the ground. Any repair for damage caused to the vegetation, fences, the ground, or the campsite facilities will be the responsibility of the person who caused it. The pitch that has been used during the stay must be kept in the condition in which the camper found it upon entering the site.
