Historical gite of XIVth century

In the park of the castle of Saint Ustre, discover this beautiful charming gite of the fourteenth century and its defense tower that controlled the entrance to the estate. It is located between Touraine and Poitou and will be an excellent starting point to visit the Castles of the Loire Valley, the Futuroscope or the many charming villages of the region. The Loire Valley is known for its beautiful castles and beautiful landscapes.

Nestled away from the campsite and with these 2 private terraces, the pretty cottage of the Cocher (80m ²), offers 2 charming rooms, which can accommodate 4 people. It is possible to accomodate 2 additional persons using the sofa bed in the living room.
The gie also consists of a bathroom, a toilet adjoining the bedrooms, and a kitchen open to the living room in a rustic atmosphere or throne a stone fireplace. This cottage retains all the charm of yesteryear with its stone walls, exposed beams or tiled floor, without sacrificing modern comfort. (Be careful however for people with difficulty climbing stairs, that of the cottage is spiral and also the fourteenth century!)
Whether for a weekend or a week of relaxation, Marine and Olivier will be happy to inform you about the many sites to visit, hiking or cycling, not to mention the gastronomy and local products.
