General booking conditions
Our campsite favours welcoming a family clientele, looking for calm, cleanliness, comfort in a historical and natural setting.
The gate closes from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. in the morning, upon your arrival a code is given to you and you can park your vehicle in the car park and reach your accommodation on foot. After 7 p.m. the reception and the campsite are closed.
Atout France classification dated 03 August 2022 – 4-star Tourism category 116 pitches
Reservation:
The reservation is only valid after payment of the deposit and confirmation by the campsite management.
Accepted payment methods: Transfer – Holiday vouchers – Visa/CB card – Mastercard card – cash.
Access:
Access is reserved for tourist and family customers and is prohibited for utility vehicles, vans, professional vehicles and goods transport vehicles, unless previously agreed.
Le Petit Trianon campsite reserves the right to refuse access to families arriving with a number of participants greater than the contract or the capacity of the rented accommodation (including babies and children). In this case, no compensation will be due.
Minors may not under any circumstances be authorized to stay on the campsite UNACCOMPANIED by their parents or responsible adults. Renting accommodation or a pitch implies your full acceptance of the general booking conditions and unconditional acceptance of all the provisions.
Noise and silence:
Campsite users are requested to avoid any noise that could disturb their neighbors. Sound equipment must be adjusted accordingly, do not leave your car engine running for too long. Do not slam the doors. Any noise is prohibited after 10 p.m. Parents are responsible for the noise caused by their children.
Dogs:
Dogs are accepted if kept on a leash. They must not be left alone on the pitch or in the rental in the absence of their owner. The hygienic walk must be done outside the campsite. They are not allowed in the toilet blocks, at the swimming pool.
Games:
Parents must ensure that children do not play in the toilet blocks. No violent games can be organized in the campsite. Playgrounds are available to campers and under the responsibility of the parents.
Swimming pool:
It is free, heated and reserved for campers. Mandatory passage through the footbath. Balls, air mattresses, shoes, bottles and all glass objects are prohibited. Parents must supervise children in the swimming pool. The management declines all responsibility in the event of an accident. The Jacuzzi is reserved for adults. For hygiene reasons, swimming shorts, long johns, Bermuda shorts, etc. are prohibited. Only swimming trunks are authorized. Unsupervised swimming pool, no lifeguard present.
Garbage area:
Household waste must be placed in the bins located after the chapel, behind the hedge on the right.
Safety:
Open fires are strictly prohibited. Only barbecues are allowed. A first aid kit is located in the office. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure themselves. The management declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc.
Consumer mediator:
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning “the process of mediation of consumer disputes”, the customer has the right to use the free mediation service offered by the Le Petit Trianon campsite. The “consumer rights” mediator thus proposed is CM2C. This mediation system can be contacted by: electronic means: cm2c@cm2c.net or by post: CM2C – 14 rue Saint Jean, 75017 Paris.
Registration for one of our stays implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale.
PITCHES
The pitches are demarcated with the possibility of electrical connection, water and drainage.
Arrival and departure:
The pitches are available from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the day of arrival (reception closes at 7 p.m.) and must be vacated before 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation of your stay within 30 days before your arrival will not be refunded. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the full stay is due.
An arrival between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. may be possible with prior agreement with the campsite.
Any arrival after 10 p.m. is not possible.
No reduction is due in the event of late arrival or early departure.
RENTAL ACCOMMODATION
Arrival:
The pitches are available from 2pm to 7pm on the day of arrival (reception closes at 7pm) and must be vacated before 10am on the day of departure. The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation of your stay within 30 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
The gate closes from 10pm to 7am in the morning, upon your arrival you will be given a code and you can park your vehicle in the car park and walk to your accommodation.
The balance of the stay must be paid at most 30 days before the arrival date (otherwise the reservation will be cancelled). No reduction is due in the event of late arrival or early departure.
The rentals are rented for the number of people indicated. Any additional person will be charged extra according to the current rate. The management may refuse the rental if the number of people exceeds the maximum number of people indicated for each rental. Young children are considered as persons in their own right, in case of doubt please contact the campsite reception.
The inventory must be checked at the beginning of the stay and any anomaly reported to the management within 24 hours. Otherwise, the tenant may be held responsible in the event of a shortage in the inventory.
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the full stay is due.
Departure:
The rental accommodation must be returned as clean as on arrival. Otherwise, customers will have to pay the cleaning costs according to the current rate. The management reserves the right to charge extra for any damage to the rental accommodation or its contents. The inventory must be identical at the beginning and end of the stay. In the event of breakage or loss, please report it to the management.
Deposit:
A deposit of €400 and a deposit of €80 for cleaning are required (i.e. 2 deposits) on arrival when exchanging keys. They are returned on the day of departure minus any missing items or damage.
Cleaning:
The cleaning must be done by the tenant before departure. If you do not wish to do this cleaning, you will be billed as follows:
Standard cleaning (dishes, trash and barbecue at your expense): €60 or €75 depending on the type of accommodation
Full cleaning (including cleaning + dishes + trash): €120 or €150 depending on the type of accommodation
CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE STAY
Any request for cancellation or modification of the stay must be sent by email to the following address: contact@domaine-petit-trianon.com, by telephone on (+33 5 49 02 61 47) or by post to the following address: Camping Le Petit Trianon, 1 Rue du Moulin de Saint Ustre, 86220, Ingrandes. Any cancellation or modification of the stay will result in the application of the fees below depending on the date on which the request is made.
We can only refund the amount by check or bank transfer (all bank charges will be your responsibility).
Cancellation fees for the stay:
For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the amount of the services reserved must be paid, the deposit as well as the reservation fees will be retained by the campsite (non-refundable). Any stay interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to your actions will not give rise to any refund.
The balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before the date of your arrival. Otherwise, and after reminder by email/telephone, the stay will be cancelled and the accommodation or pitch will be offered for rental again and the deposit paid will be retained.
Cancellation of your stay within 30 days before your arrival will not be refunded.
For stays made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, full payment for the stay must be made at the time of booking by credit card.
Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate or tourist taxes that occurs between the time the rates were determined and the invoicing of the stay will result in a corresponding change in the price including tax.
In the case of a reservation including several accommodations, the cancellation of one or more of the accommodations contained in the file will result in cancellation fees on the accommodations considered.
Cancellation due to the campsite: in the event of cancellation due to the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation may not give rise to the payment of damages.
In the event of non-subscription to the cancellation guarantee: All sums paid will be retained by the campsite.
PRICES
The prices indicated are subject to change. The campsite reserves the right to modify the prices at any time. Stays will be billed based on the prices in effect on the day of booking, subject to availability. It is advisable to check the applicable price by contacting the campsite directly.
Offers and promotions are not retroactive and cannot be combined with each other.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
For your peace of mind and to preserve your holiday budget, the Le Petit Trianon campsite offers you the option of taking out Campez Couvert cancellation insurance to be reimbursed for payments already made in the event of cancellation or interruption of your stay, for reasons beyond your control. For example, a replacement vehicle could be made available to you for 3 days following a breakdown, accident or theft during your stay (according to the general conditions of the insurance). Without this subscription, the stay cannot be reimbursed.
Subscribe to cancellation insurance:
The Campez Couvert insurance must be subscribed at the latest when booking your stay and is valid for all participants.
You can subscribe to cancellation insurance when booking by phone / email, or via our website by checking the relevant box when selecting the options for your stay.
Cost of cancellation insurance:
The price of cancellation insurance is 3.5% of the amount of the stay. Its price is automatically indicated to you when you book.
